Ingredients: Wildcrafted Holy Basil Leaf, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Damiana Leaf, Organic Rose Petals, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Calendula Flowers, Wildcrafted Blue Lotus Flowers.
Use 1-2 tsp per cup of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes covered. Strain and sip mindfully 20-30 minutes before practice.
